We are delighted to ‘Spotlight’ Lee Pickersgill in this edition of our newsletter. As the first-ever Energy Manager for Valor Hospitality, Lee is spearheading the company's sustainability initiatives across its UK portfolio. His efforts are focused on reducing energy consumption and implementing innovative strategies to meet Valor's ambitious sustainability goals. We have seen him come from hero to Energy Manager. Lee joined Valor Hospitality at a critical time when the hospitality industry is grappling with soaring energy costs. In his role, he is responsible for driving energy reduction and promoting sustainability practices throughout Valor's 37 UK hotels. His approach includes utilising advanced technology to monitor and manage energy use and fostering a culture of environmental awareness among staff and guests alike.
